IT and tech recruitment

Data and analytics, software and infrastructure, and security and compliance recruitment, with a bias toward healthcare environments. Contract, contract to hire and direct hire.

Where we are strongest

Healthcare is our main business, and that shapes the technology desk. Where a general IT recruiter sees a data engineer requisition, we can tell whether the role actually needs someone who has worked with claims data, revenue cycle or quality reporting, and whether that distinction matters to the hiring manager.

We also recruit general technology roles outside healthcare. The healthcare depth is an advantage rather than a restriction.

Data and analytics

Data engineers, analytics engineers, BI developers, reporting analysts and data architects. Strong bench in healthcare data specifically, including claims, revenue cycle, population health and quality reporting, alongside general warehouse and pipeline work.

For Epic Clarity and Caboodle, Cogito and Cerner Discern reporting, see Epic and Cerner staffing, which is where those certifications live.

Software and infrastructure

Software developers across the common stacks, QA and test engineers, DevOps and platform engineers, cloud engineers on AWS and Azure, systems and network administrators, and service desk leads and managers.

Security and compliance

Security analysts and engineers, identity and access management, risk and audit staff, and compliance specialists who understand what protected health information actually requires rather than treating HIPAA as a checkbox. HITRUST readiness work included.

Healthcare security hiring fails most often when a candidate has strong general security experience and no exposure to clinical environments, where availability constraints make ordinary practices such as forced patching genuinely difficult. We screen for that.

How we engage

  • Contract for project shaped work: migrations, implementations, upgrades and backfill
  • Contract to hire where you want to see someone work before committing headcount
  • Direct hire for permanent roles, including leadership

We will tell you when a requisition is priced or scoped in a way that will not attract the candidates you want, particularly on remote expectations. Pricing a remote-market role as five days onsite is the most common reason a technology requisition sits open for months.

Questions

Common questions

Do you only recruit healthcare technology roles?

No. Healthcare is where we are deepest, and we recruit general software, data, infrastructure and security roles as well. The healthcare experience is an advantage on clinical projects rather than a limit on what we cover.

Do you handle Epic and Cerner roles?

Yes, through a dedicated desk, because those roles are certification and module specific. See Epic and Cerner staffing.

Can you staff remote roles?

Yes, and most data, engineering and security roles are now remote or hybrid markets. We will be direct about whether your role's location expectation matches what the candidate pool will accept, since that mismatch is the usual cause of an unfilled requisition.

What is the difference between clinical informatics and clinical research staffing?

Clinical informatics is health IT: configuring the EHR, clinical decision support and workflow. Clinical research is trials: monitoring, coordination, regulatory and data management. Different disciplines entirely, and we staff them from separate desks. See clinical research staffing.
