For facilities
Request staff
Tell us the unit, the shift and the start date. For specialties we fill regularly you will have a qualified submission within 48 hours, and if your requisition is going to be hard we will say so on the first call rather than letting it sit open.
What happens next
A recruiter calls you back, usually the same business day, to confirm the detail that determines who we send: acuity, real ratio on that shift, EHR, float expectations and what orientation actually consists of.
Then submissions from complete credentialing files. We do not start collecting paperwork after you call, which is why the timeline below is realistic rather than aspirational.
What we will tell you honestly
If your requisition is going to be hard to fill, you will hear it on the first call. CVICU nights in a single state license market takes longer than med-surg days in a compact state, and a role that sits open for two months with no explanation costs you more than a candid conversation on day one.
If we think the problem is not the one you are describing, we will say that too. A requisition for three more RBTs when your BCBA cannot supervise the ones you have is a compliance problem rather than a capacity problem, and filling it would not help you.
Before you hire against a waitlist, it is worth checking which stage families are actually stuck at. Frequently it is not a clinician shortage.
Typical timelines
| Requirement | First qualified submission |
|---|---|
| Med-surg, telemetry, per diem RN | within 48 hours |
| ICU, ER, OR, L&D | 2 to 5 days |
| Allied health | 2 to 5 days |
| RBT | within a week, subject to your scheduling |
| BCBA | longer, and licensure sets the start date |
| Single state license markets | add the board's processing time |

Questions
Common questions
How quickly can you fill a position?
For specialties we staff regularly, a qualified submission usually within 48 hours, because the credentialing files are already complete rather than being assembled after you call. Harder requirements take longer, and we tell you which yours is on the first call.
Do we have to sign anything before you start?
We will need a service agreement in place before a clinician starts, but not before we talk. The first conversation is about whether we can actually help, and we would rather establish that than send you paperwork.
What if we are not sure whether we need contract or permanent staff?
Say so on the form. The answer usually depends on whether the gap is a vacancy, a leave, a seasonal pattern or a structural shortage, and those call for different engagement types. A permanent problem being covered with rolling contracts is expensive, and we will point it out.
Do you place outside Georgia?
Yes. We are based in Atlanta with our densest coverage across the metro and the state, and we place nationwide in compact and single state license markets alike.
What if a clinician does not work out?
Tell us early and we replace them. We also want to know why, because a pattern usually means we screened the requisition wrong rather than the candidate.
Is it faster to call?
For a same-day or next-shift gap, yes. Call 470 713 0689 during business hours. The form is better for anything with a lead time, because the detail you provide is what lets us screen properly before anyone is submitted.
