For clinicians

Apply to work with us

One form, three minutes. Tell us your credential, where you are licensed and what you are looking for, and a recruiter comes back to you with what is actually open rather than a generic reply.

What happens after you submit

A recruiter reviews it and calls you, usually the same business day. The first conversation is a conversation rather than a screening: what you want, what you will not do, and what is realistically available.

Nothing is sent anywhere without your approval. We submit you to a specific named facility only after you say yes to that facility. Blanket permission is how candidates end up submitted twice to the same employer by two agencies, which usually gets them rejected outright.

Why we ask for this much

Because the alternative is a phone call where we ask the same questions and you repeat yourself. The fields below are what determines which roles you are eligible for, and having them upfront is the difference between being submitted in two days and waiting two weeks.

Only the first few are required. Fill in what applies and leave the rest.

Attach a resume if you have one

There is an upload field at the end. If you do not have a resume ready, leave it: the form covers what one would tell us anyway, and you can send it later once we have spoken.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need a resume to apply?

No. There is an upload field if you have one ready, and the form covers what a resume would tell us anyway. Plenty of good candidates apply without one and send it later.

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually the same business day, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern. Applications arriving over a weekend are answered on Monday.

Will you send my details to employers without asking?

No. We submit you to a specific named facility only once you have approved that facility. Blanket permission is how candidates get submitted twice to the same employer by two agencies, which usually results in rejection.

Can I apply if I am not certified yet?

Yes. Select the in-progress or not-started option. For behavior technician roles in particular, providers with supervision capacity will train candidates through certification, and we work with several.

What if I am only exploring and not ready to move?

Apply anyway and select "just exploring" as your start date. Most people contact us before they are ready, and knowing what is available is how you decide whether it is worth moving.

Do you charge candidates anything?

No. Agencies are paid by the facility. A staffing agency that asks a clinician for money is not one you should be working with.
