Why we started

Contracts that read differently once you arrived. Recruiters who stopped answering after the start date. Rates quoted as one number that turned into another once the stipends were separated out. Nurses floated to units they had never been oriented to, on their own licence.

None of that is unusual in this industry, and all of it is avoidable. We built PNG Solutions around three operating rules that address it directly.

One recruiter, start to finish

The person who signs you handles your extension, your timesheet problem, and the conversation with the manager when the assignment is not what was described. No handoff to an account team you have never spoken to.

The split, not the blend

Taxable hourly rate and stipends quoted separately, every time, before you commit. A blended weekly figure looks larger and tells you less, and it hides what your overtime is worth and what happens when shifts are cancelled.

We say when to decline

If a facility has cancelled contracts repeatedly, or the float policy is open ended, or a rate is high because the unit is unstaffable, we tell you. Filling one contract a nurse regrets costs us the next four.

What we do

We place registered nurses, LPNs and CNAs, and allied health professionals including respiratory therapists, surgical and radiology technologists, laboratory scientists and therapy staff. We run a technology desk covering health IT, data, engineering and security, and a clinical research desk covering CRAs, coordinators and regulatory staff.

Where we work

How we screen

The same credentialling standard across every service line: primary source licence verification against the state board, BLS and ACLS or PALS as the unit requires, immunisation and titre records, physical, drug screen, background check, a specialty skills checklist and two clinical references.

We collect it once and keep it current, which is why we can usually submit within 48 hours in specialties we fill regularly. Incomplete files are the reason clinicians wait weeks elsewhere.
