What to have ready
If you are looking for work, your specialty, which states you are licensed in and whether that licence is compact, the shift you want, and roughly what you need to earn. That is enough for a first conversation.
If you are filling a role, the unit, the shift, the start date, and the real reason the role is open. Whether it is a leave, a vacancy or a seasonal spike changes what we should be sending you.
What happens next
A recruiter calls you back, usually the same business day. For clinicians, the first call is a conversation rather than a screening, and nothing is submitted anywhere without your approval for that specific named facility.

How quickly will someone get back to me?
Usually the same business day, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern. Enquiries arriving over a weekend are answered on Monday.
Will you submit me to facilities without asking?
No. Every submission is approved by you for a specific named facility. Blanket permission is how nurses end up submitted twice to the same hospital by two agencies, which usually results in rejection outright.
Do I need a resume to get started?
Not for the first conversation. Your specialty, licence states, desired shift and pay expectation are enough to work out whether we have something for you. Credentialling paperwork comes after that.
Do you work outside Georgia?
