Who we are
PNG Solutions is a healthcare staffing and recruitment agency at 3715 Northside Parkway, Bldg. 100, Suite 500, Atlanta, Georgia 30327. For any question about this policy, use the contact form or call 470 713 0689.
What we collect
If you contact us through the website: your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and whatever you write in the message field.
If you register as a clinician: the information required to represent you to a facility and to satisfy credentialling requirements. That includes contact and identification details, professional licence numbers and states, certifications, employment and education history, specialty skills checklists, professional references, immunisation and titre records, results of a physical and drug screen, and background check results.
If you are a client contact: your name, role, employer, and business contact details.
Some of the clinician information above is sensitive, including health information such as immunisation status. We collect it because facilities and regulators require it before a clinician can work, and we hold it on that basis.
How we use it
- To match clinicians to assignments and to submit candidates to facilities, with your approval for each named facility
- To complete credentialling and satisfy the compliance requirements of facilities, regulators and accrediting bodies
- To administer payroll, benefits and contracts for clinicians we employ
- To respond to enquiries and provide the services requested
- To meet legal, tax and record keeping obligations
Who we share it with
We share candidate information with a facility only when you have approved a submission to that named facility. We do not give blanket permission to submit you anywhere.
We also use service providers who process information on our behalf, including payroll providers, background check and drug screening vendors, credentialling and applicant tracking systems, and our hosting and email providers. They are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena or a lawful request from a public authority.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept for up to two years from your last contact with us unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
Clinician records are kept for the duration of your relationship with us and then for as long as employment, tax and healthcare compliance rules require, which is generally several years after your last assignment. Where a facility or regulator sets a longer minimum, that period applies.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete information we are not required to retain, or stop contacting you. Use the contact form or call us, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Note that we cannot delete records we are legally required to keep, and that withdrawing credentialling information will usually mean we can no longer represent you to facilities.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour those requests regardless of residency where we are able to.
Cookies and analytics
This site is static and does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and requested page, for security and performance purposes. Where we use analytics, it is limited to aggregate traffic measurement and is not used to build profiles of individuals.
Security
We restrict access to personal information to staff who need it, use reputable vendors for credentialling and payroll, and hold sensitive documentation in access controlled systems rather than in email. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected individuals as required by law if a breach occurs.
Children
Our services are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use existing information will be communicated directly where we hold your contact details.
